Hospital Policies
Appointment Policy
We operate primarily by appointments to allow sufficient time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures. Emergency cases will always be given top priority, this is why occasional appointment delay can happen. We make a direct attempt to see all appointments on time.
We do offer, for your convenience, the option of dropping your pet off for an appointment. This means that you can bring your pet in at your convenience for a couple of hours so we can examine your pet. We would prefer that you drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine your pet in between appointments. Once the doctor is done, we will call you to come pick up your pet and go over the diagnosis and any discharge instructions.
For the safety of all the animals in our care, we require that your pet be current on the following vaccines if they are going to be dropped off with us.
Dogs: DHLPP, Rabies and Kennel Cough (Bordetella)
Cats: FVRCP and Rabies
Pet Arrival Policy
For your protection as well as that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Payment Policy
We require payment in full at the time services are rendered.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express cash, personal checks, and Care Credit www.carecredit.com
